I unsubscribed but still got charged.

We're sorry to hear this. There are a few reasons why this may have occurred.

You or someone with access to your account may have accidentally restarted it. Ensure your account is still canceled by attempting to sign in to and doing the following:

Change your password to prevent future access to your account
Sign out of all devices to ensure no one else is using your account
Cancel your account. Your account will close at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

Beyond that, we take fraud, identity theft, and other unauthorised access very seriously. If you suspect someone is using your payment information to access Adrennial without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your Adrennial account details, and we'll dig a little deeper for you.
